Return Policy

Here at Stubbs Art Studio we are committed to quality products and your satisfaction. Therefore we present this unconditional refund!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To initiate the return process please send an e-mail to Returns@stubbsartstudio.com with "RMA Number Request" in the subject line. Include in the body of the email:

The order number
The shipping ID or item number
A brief description of the reason for the return
Whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund
To expedite the replacement process you can include a digital photo of the damaged product and package in your e-mail

Within 2 business days you will receive an e-mail from us with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package so that it is visible and legible when received. Returns will not be accepted without a visible and legible RMA number.

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube, envelope, or box and ship them to:
